Ian Somerhalder Meets With Fans at the Built of Barnwood One-Year Anniversary

  Ian Somerhalder is a man of many talents: actor, environmentalist, and... woodworker? Yep, in case you didn’t know, the Vampire Diaries star is part owner of Built of Barnwood, a furniture business based out of Bay St. Louis, Mississippi. Alongside his brother Bob, sister-in-law Dena, and 13-year-old nephew Peyton, Ian promotes sustainability by reclaiming old materials and repurposing them into beautiful tables, frames, and accent pieces.

 On Sunday, March 24, Ian took to Mississippi to celebrate the one-year anniversary of the company. Joining his family and co-founders, Ian signed autographs and posed for photos with the 2,000+ fans who came out for the event.
